About Me

My name is Lucas Lusito, and I am a Media Communications student at Lakehead University. I have a strong interest in sports media, broadcasting, digital content and communication.

Education & Background

I am currently studying Media Communications at Lakehead University, where I am developing my knowledge of media production, digital communication and storytelling. My education has allowed me to explore different areas of the media industry while building practical and creative skills.

Experience & Skills

I have gained valuable experience through live sports broadcasting with Rogers TV, where I have been involved in Barrie Colts hockey productions. This experience has given me exposure to camera operations, audio production and the behind-the-scenes work involved in live television.

Outside of media, soccer has played a major role in my life. Through playing, refereeing and coaching, I have developed leadership, teamwork, communication and decision-making skills.

My Goals

I hope to continue gaining hands-on experience and developing my skills within the media and communications industry. I am particularly interested in opportunities involving sports broadcasting, media production and digital content creation.
